Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the Klang Valley only. When we expand our network, be assured that announcements will be made.
 

• Shipping is free within Klang Valley.
   

• Please allow 1 - 2 working days for processing of your order.
  
  - Hallo Mattress :
  Shipping will take between 1 – 2 working days after your order has been processed and  depending on your location.
  
  - Hallo Bedframe :
  Shipping will be within 14 days after your order has been processed and depending on your location.
   

• Shipping is not done on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
   

• Delivery information will be made available to you once your product has been picked up by our logistics partner.
   

• To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive your product. Failing which, another delivery attempt will be made at a later time.
